GE Healthcare Finnamore are pleased to announce that they have recently been successful in obtaining a place on the Health Trust Europe (HTE) Consultancy and Advisory Services Framework following open market competition. The framework runs from 1st March 2017 to 28th February 2019 in the first instance, and GEHCF services can be accessed on the following five lots:

  • Lot 1: Business ServicesHTE Navlogo4
  • Lot 2: Resource Management Services
  • Lot 4: Supply Chain Management Services
  • Lot 5: Financial Services
  • Lot 6: ICT and Digital Services.

There are a number of benefits to using the HTE Framework to access GEHCF services:

Free to access: There is no charge to customers for accessing this framework agreement.

Quick and easy to access: Once you have been set up to access the framework, a direct call-off can be made to access GEHCF services. The process is straightforward and simply requires that an order form/ access agreement be exchanged and completed to ensure your compliance.

Compliant route to market: The framework will save procurement time and cost. It is fully compliant with the Public Contracts regulations and with EU procurement directives so you do not have to carry out a full EU compliant tender yourself.

Competitive, capped rates: GEHCF is on the various framework lots following open market competition against a wide range of suppliers. We have tendered fixed rates for each grade of consultant, which have been fully market tested. There are no regional pricing variations and no charges for travelling to customer sites.

Assigned support: HTE will provide support for call-off processes and the ongoing management of call-off agreements.
